Cienfuegos, the perfect fire; protagonist fire, creative fire, transforming fire. Primary element present in the choice of all materials; clay that turned into tile, sand that turned into a bottle, wood that turned into coal. Basic and primary element that transforms cuts of meat into dishes, and dishes into gastronomic experiences that tell the story of a modern, contemporary and timeless Yucatán. The return to the roots of the kitchen, resulted in the exploration of our Yucatecan roots, represented in the place in different shapes and textures.
