Collective Housing

The city, the neighborhood, the house, the patio as elements that enhance the project creating a new ambiguous spatial experience between the interior and the exterior.

The structure that supports spatial modules at different levels connected by patios and bridges define these houses as an excellent place to live, recovering contact with nature and the city.

The city, the neighborhood, the house, the yard. These are the elements that this project incorporates as a challenge to generate an exchange, invites socialization, but without losing the privacy of one's own home. 

The structure that supports space modules at different levels to create spaces with different qualities patios, terraces, double height prioritizing lighting, ventilation and experience of the spaces. 

The variability of heights and materials from a clear study of the dimensions of these modules allow to give an identity to each house. This is how a new spatial experience is proposed, creating an ambiguity between indoors and outdoors, recovering contact with nature and the city.
